Departure

We kindly request that you leave your room before 11.00 hours on the day of your departure.

Environmental support

We would like to protect this environment, wherever we can. A few examples where we need your support:
- We use low energy light bulbs where possible.
- We recycle our waste products (paper, plastic, tins & glass is collected separately in Monpazier). If possible, please place this next to the rubbish bin.
- We try to limit the amount of washing. We will change your towels if you lay them on the floor or in the wash-basin. Please use 1 towel per person at the swimming pool.
- We collect empty batteries. Please leave these at the reception.
- Wherever possible, we try to limit the use of our electricity consumption. Therefore, whenever you are not in the room, please turn off the lights, television and/or air-conditioning/heating.
- Our amenities are presented in environment friendly bottles and the packaging of recycled carton. The cosmetic products have been checked in a laboratory and are paraben-free.

Fridge

The water from the tap is pure and drinkable. However in the little fridge you will also find 2 bottles of mineral water. However, not in the current situation. They are available on request at reception. We offer you these for free. Uh…. free…. At the reception desk we have a “water money box” and at the end of the season we will donate the collected amount to the Red Cross, an organization, which amongst others, tries to bring drinkable water to parts of the world in need. Thank you! For drinks our bar is open from 11 to 23 hours. 

Internet

Our hotel is equipped with Wifi. If you would like to login, select “HOTELEDWARD1ER” as your network. The password is hotel2424.

Pets

Pets are allowed in our hotel. However, please take into account our other guests. We would appreciate it if you did not leave your pet alone in the room. Thank you for always keeping your dog on a leash. We charge € 11,-- per night.

Safe

There is a safe available in your room, or if you prefer, we have a central safe at the reception.

Smoking

Since the 1st of January 2008, the French law forbids smoking in all public areas. Our hotel rooms are also non-smoking. This means you can only smoke outside (except terrace of the restaurant). Thank you very much for your understanding.
