I begin a training through the teaching of Mrs Sylvie Weidmann, Master teacher at the school of Zen-shiatsu Sud-Ouest (lineage Shizuto Masunaga Sensei) for several years.

Since then, I have been passionate about travelling and world massages, after many trips to Asia and India
in India where I trained in cranial massage, Indian reflexology, Ayurvedic Abhyanga and
practice of Yoga, of surpassing oneself in the Andes mountains, one does not know what one is capable of if one has not tried it! you don't know what you are capable of if you haven't tried it! I make discover to my customers the ancestral know-how and the benefits of and the benefits of massage through a caring and creative practice.

WELLNESS & PERSONAL COACHING
I am a professional cellist, marathon runner and triathlete!
And I chose to follow my heart a few years ago by going back to school.
I graduated as a sports educator and then taught in a gym.
This allowed me to meet an eclectic audience:
- I have prepared athletes for major events
- accompanied people in their weight loss
- or taken care of the public damaged by life's accidents for 7 years.
PILATES & SHIATSU:
Trained in Pilates and Masunaga Shiatsu (with Alain Sakhnowsky), I help the people I accompany to become aware of their well-being in a holistic way to become aware of their well-being in a holistic way.
WEIGHT LOSS COACHING | SPORTS PREPARATION:
My own journey as an athlete has led me to explore different ways of eating and/or fasting to keep my energy up fasting to keep my energy up.
